Tempered Rear And Side Glass
Specified size in the cutting lines is subjected to a special process called tempering.
The side and rear glass to be tempered are cut and removed from the float glass plates of the desired thickness on the cutting tables.
The edges of the cut glass are processed and printed.
The press-dried glasses are heated up to softening temperature in tempering furnaces, shaped in suitable molds and cooled suddenly by compressed air.
The process is completed by visual, optical and quality tests.
